INTRODUCTION

An effective approach to remuneration management using CLASSIFY, a modern computer based job/role evaluation and rewards management system.

The CLASSIFY job/role evaluation methodology is used to distinguish between relative sizes of various jobs/roles on a common grading scale.

CLASSIFY is a complete package of systems and services, consisting of a job/role evaluation methodology and a powerful Windows_based computer software application.



THE CLASSIFY SYSTEM

To understand the extent of the services proposed, an effective implementation of the CLASSIFY system normally involves:

Executive briefing
Briefing the executive team and key managers about the intent and scope of the process

Project planning
Planning the implementation of the project including the most appropriate communication and involvement of staff to assure full understanding of the remuneration structure and gain commitment to the process

Software Installation
Installing and configuring the CLASSIFY software and downloading employee information from payroll to establish the CLASSIFY database

Evaluation training
