THE CLASSIFY MODULES

The CLASSIFY software consists of a range of extremely useful modules:

Job/Role Evaluation

This is the core CLASSIFY module, with a wide range of features including:

  • Factor grids which can be viewed “live” on screen, allowing selection of grid references by a simple mouse click
  • A “live” graphing facility to show the relationships between job size and any database item, a unique feature being its ability to show the detail behind any plot point with a single click
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting on the database
  • The ability to send output to the computer screen or to a printer
  • Comprehensive import and export facilities
  • 6 fields a vailable to store basic remuneration information
 


EXTENDED INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
(optional but recommended)

The Extended Information Management module, through its ability to store data (in 200 user defined fields) for each employee combined with the advanced report writing and graphing capacities of CLASSIFY, can perform many routine administrative and data analysis and reporting functions.



REMUNERATION MANAGEMENT
(optional but recommended)


The Salary Review module generates a specialised spreadsheet designed to achieve a fully costed salary review outcome that can be imported to the CALSSIFY database once it is finalised. This module is of particular assistance in reducing errors and waste in remuneration management and is strongly recommended. For the most effective results it requires the Extended Information and Remuneration Management modules to be installed and actively maintained.
